Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to hassle-free returns at SixSR!

Eligibility & Fees:

Enjoy returns within 15 days. Items must be unworn, with tags and in original condition. Hygiene stickers must be intact. Unfortunately, items showing signs of washing or alterations won't qualify for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless there's a quality issue or problem with the order. Return shipping is not covered unless it's a quality issue.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, send a request email to support@sixsr.com with the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with detailed instructions.

Shipping Instructions:

Contact us for the return address. Pack items with their original packaging and include a slip with the order number. Ship with a tracking number. Once shipped, share the tracking number with us.

Refund Process:

After your return request is processed, and items are received at our facilities, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, contact us at support@sixsr.com to start a request. We'll respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions.

Items Not Accepted for Return:

  • Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, event and party supplies, DIY supplies.
  • Items with broken hygiene seals.
  • Final Sale items.
  • Made-to-order items.
  • Other non-returnable items: beauty products, personal care goods.

Additional Info:

  • Holiday-related items won't be refunded due to late arrival.
  • Ensure items are sent to the correct return facility address.
  • Express shipping fees can't be refunded for personal reasons.
  • Sizes are based on US sizing; we convert uniformly.
